Zeha and Martin are stellar employees. Very helpful staff and a fantastic experience. The entire team there are great. I was told it gets cold inside the lobby in winter so perhaps the staff uniforms could be upgraded to pure merino Australian wool.

Everyday we have to ask reception for toilet paper. It is first time staying at Forest Hotel and Apartment and last time too. Will nerves come back here. Would not recommend for anybody to stay here."
